What is Sherwood Dungeon

Sherwood Dungeon is a free-to-play 3D MMORPG developed by Maid Marian Entertainment and uses Macromedia Flash and Shockwave. Players begin by creating a character and entering the game world on one of three game servers and randomly taken to one of ninety-nine game channels within that server. Most channels are limited to 20 players or less. Sherwood Dungeon allows PvP but has no system for grouping and trading equipment.

Sherwood Dungeon Combat

Rather than a simple auto-attack that most MMORPGs have, Sherwood Dungeon required a player to use the ?Ctrl? key while fighting and you can block by pressing Shift and Ctrl. After a successful block, the next attack will deal double damage, and after two successful blocks, the following attack deals triple damage. Pvp is allowed in open areas but is not allowed within the dungeon. If you are losing a PvP battle, simply run away and your opponent is not likely to catch you. For each monster or player you kill, you gain experience points. When you die, you will respawn nearby but will not lose any experience, gold or items.
